Name: The Reason for the Death Penalty
 
Story:
When the Romans crucified convicted thieves, murderers, or whatever the charge may be, above their head was the REASON they were hanging on that cross. Thief, Murderer, etc. 
The accusation told everybody who saw them hanging there slowly dying in agony WHY they were being punished.
Pilate said to the chief priest, the rulers, & the people that after examining Jesus, nothing he has done is deserving of death (Luke 23:13-14).
But they insisted on crucifying Jesus. As Jesus hung on the cross, inscribed above his head was his accusation. The blasphemy they accused him of saying. But his accusation was the Truth & reason why only HE (Jesus/Yeshua) could hang on a sinners cross sinless with the weight & darkness of the worlds sin upon him. Why an eternity with God in perfect peace is possible.
The inscription: KING OF THE JEWS
 
Ministring: Wear the Necklace as a reminder for yourself but ALSO to catch the eyes of people. They may compliment the necklace, or ask about it. This is an opportunity for you to tell the story of Jesus' sacrifice. 
When they ask, simply state the name of the necklace and see if that inquires more curiousity. If so, you can dive into the story or give them the card.
When you wear the necklace, be intentional of why you are putting it on and the possibility someone may ask about it. Have the cards with you so after the encounter, they have a reminder and a reference for more.
 
Purpose: At the least: Plant a seed. At the most: Lead them to the acceptance of Christ and get them connected to a church or ministry for discipleship.
