If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. We accept exchanges within 21 days after your order was delivered to you.
If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit. No refunds will be provided.
