Shipping Policy
We want to ensure your package reaches you safely. Once your package is in the hands of the postal service, it becomes their responsibility to deliver to you accurately and on time.
Due to the weight of our items, we ship our packages Priority Mail. This provides us with a tracking number for security.
However we cannot track packages once it states it was delivered successfully. If you have problems with porch theft, consider delivery at a different location. We cannot issue refunds for stolen packages. We recommend customers to ask neighbors and when it' confirmed it was stolen, we encourage to file a police report.
Shipping prices are based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the distance. Which will be displayed at checkout.
Handling fees are incorporated within the shipping fees.
Processing time: Your package will ship 1 to 2 business days after you place your order.
Undelivered Shipments
In the instance that your package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the USPS. Once mailed out, they become liable to delivering your packages properly.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 3 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with a full refund and we'll settle things with USPS on our end.
